RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligibility 


Velvetwave Tech Private Limited ("we," "our," and "us") holds ownership of multifurnish and aims to be of help to our users (“you” and “your”). We appreciate your understanding if any damaged or defective goods were a hassle for you. Within 48 hours of receiving an item, get in touch with our customer care department to arrange for a return or exchange. If you receive an erroneous item, please get in touch with us right away so we can set up a refund or exchange. An item that has been worn or damaged cannot be returned. Maintaining all invoices, labels, and packing is necessary for a successful return. In the event that an item goes missing, it might not be possible to return it. Please get in touch with our support staff as soon as possible if the item you received is not in its original condition or contains missing parts.   


Process of Return 


If you get in touch with our customer care team, we will be pleased to help you with your return. We will provide you detailed instructions and walk you through the full procedure. Within five to seven business days after receiving the returned item, exchanges and refunds are often handled.  


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


It is not possible to return perishable goods like personal belongings. In the course of the buying procedure, exceptions to each of these categories will be described.  


Return Shipping 


If the product is returned, the user is in charge of paying the shipping charges. In the event that we make a mistake, all return shipping costs will be reimbursed. 

 

Method of Refund 

 

The original payment method will be used to process the refund. After your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be completed within 5 to 7 business days.
